For individuals using Lishe Planner, we may collect name, phone number, anthropometrics, dietary preferences, allergens, NCD status, and optional location data.
For professionals using Lishe Manager, we may collect name, credentials, contact details, and verification documentation.
Automatically collected data may include browser details, device information, session information, and usage logs.
3. Health Data
Lishe processes limited health-related data such as self-declared conditions and nutrition-related inputs provided by users or professionals acting on behalf of users.
We do not store hospital records, integrate with national health databases, or share medical data without consent unless required by law.
4. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- Generate meal plans and nutrition guidance.
- Improve algorithms and platform quality.
- Send reminders, alerts, and operational messages.
- Support professionals and respond to platform requests.

We may share data with certified professionals if a user is routed through Lishe Manager, with service providers supporting hosting or messaging infrastructure, or when disclosure is required by law.

We implement secure hosting, encrypted HTTPS connections, and access controls for professional dashboards. However, no system is 100 percent secure, and users should also protect their own devices and credentials.
7. Data Retention
We retain data while an account is active, for as long as needed to deliver the service, and as required by law or legitimate operational obligations. Users may request deletion by contacting us.

9. International Users
Lishe is currently focused on Tanzania. Data may be processed in secure cloud environments outside Tanzania where service infrastructure or support providers operate.
